What’s included in a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning covers your kitchen, bathroom, living areas, floors, dusting, and trash removal. It’s designed to keep your home fresh and tidy.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on your home size and how often you want us to clean. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans include automatic discounts.

Most cleanings take 2–3 hours depending on the home size and condition. Deep cleanings take longer.

Are cleaners background-checked?

Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked, interviewed, and vetted to meet NYC regulations.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Yes — everything we bring is non-toxic and safe for kids and pets.

Is tipping required?

Tipping is optional but appreciated. You can tip in cash or via card after your cleaning.

Can I request the same cleaner every time?

Yes — if you book recurring cleanings we’ll assign the same cleaner whenever possible.

Cleaning & Equipment

Do I need to provide any supplies?

No. Your cleaner arrives fully equipped with all tools and eco-friendly products.

 Can I request specific products (e.g., unscented)?

Yes — just tell us in the booking notes and we’ll adjust.

Do you clean inside the oven, fridge, or cabinets?

These are part of our deep cleaning service. You can add them during checkout.

Do you clean windows?

Yes — interior window cleaning is available as an add-on.

Can you handle pet hair?

Absolutely. Our tools and vacuums are designed exactly for that.

Do you move furniture?

We move lightweight items but not heavy furniture for safety reasons.

Do you wash dishes or handle laundry?

Light dishwashing is included. Laundry is not included unless added as a special service.

Do you clean after renovation or construction?

Yes — our post-reno option covers dust removal, surfaces, and floors after contractors leave.

Booking & Policies

Can I book a one-time cleaning?

Yes — one-time, recurring, and deep cleanings are all available.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–3 days ahead. Same-day slots are occasionally available.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.

What happens if the cleaner is late?

If a cleaner is running behind, we’ll notify you immediately and adjust your time if needed.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll send someone back for free — no questions asked.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — as long as we can access the apartment. Many clients leave keys with the doorman.

How do I pay?

You pay securely online when booking. No cash needed.

Do you offer recurring discounts?

Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans include automatic savings on each cleaning.
